VINEYARD
It is exclusive made with grapes from one owned-family vineyards. Area of 10 hectares
ELABORATION
Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes are chosen minutely, once the maduration process has finished correctly in the vineyard. Then, We follow the traditional method for red wines elaboration maintaining this process to a temperature of 22º C.
Once the fermentation process has finished ( 8 days proximately ), the broth is macerated for about 15 days together with its husks to extract most of antocianos and tannins.
Then, wine is subjected to a soft process of ageing in new oak barrels of 225 litres. Lastly, the wine is ready to be bottled.
TASTING
Colour: Very dark rubi red wine with purple shades, clean and transparent.
Nose: The wine shows potent primary aromas of the grape variety ( green pepper ) combined with mature red and black fruits. Toasted notes characteristic of the new wood.
Fruit and wood well-balanced.
Taste: It is soft, balanced, meaty and velvet to the palate. Sweet and soft tannins. Flavours to green pepper, fruits and chocolate continue appearing. Long aftertaste.
Wine easy to drink and understand.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Jaloco Tinto Roble is perfect with every dishes of the Mediterranean Diet as well as meats, cheeses and sausages.
Recommended service temperature: 16º - 18º C
