ELABORATION
After harvesting and rigorously selecting the grapes begins the production of this unique wine. This wine is subjected to a short period of fermentation which is interrupted in order to keep much of the sugars in the must, but at the same time the process of maceration continues for approximately 10 days more to extract all the polyphenolic components sufficient to refine this wine after an aging process of six months in new oak barrels. After 6 months the wine is ready for bottling.

On the nose it has powerful aromas, which are closely linked with fruti flavours embellished by the oak wood, highlighting hints of vanilla, honey and quince.

It has a good palate, which is emphasised by the elegant sweetness along with the degree of alcohol. Long aftertaste.
