53% Merlot, 25% Syrah , 22% Cabernet-Sauvignon

ELABORATION:
After selecting our best grapes from each distinct variety, the elaboration of this exceptional wine is carried out by the traditional methods for red wines. Once crushed and the stems removed, the grapes are carried, together with the skins, to stainless steel containers where the fermentation takes place in approximately 10 days. When fermentation is finished the wine will be left to marinate for 15 to 20 days. After this period the elaboration process will continue by the classical method for red wines.
After a few months the wine is in the perfect condition for bottling and later, drinking.

TASTING:
Diferente Tinto, is a wine which has a deep cherry red colour with tints of violet. Clean and clear.

On the nose it expresses potent fruit aromas, principally the red fruits associated with the grape varieties (redcurrant, mulberry).

This wine has an expressive taste, fresh and with some astringency given its youth. Good body. Very tannic. Moderate acidity. Long aftertaste which is both elegant and agreeable.

RECOMMENDED WITH:
Diferente Tinto is perfect to accompany lightly cooked meats, cheeses and all Iberican meat products.

Serve at a temperature between 14-16º.
