COUPAGE:
100% Cabernet-Sauvignon

ELABORATION
Once the grapes have been liquidised and the stems removed, the grape juice is taken to stainless steel tanks together with the grape skins.

There the fermentation and the maceration process takes place and follows the traditional methods for the elaboration of rosé wines.

TASTING
Initially, on the nose, there are the aromas of the red fruits typical of the variety; redcurrant, mulberry with vegetable hints.

On the palate the taste is fresh, light and lively with the correct acidic properties of the good rosé wines. Well rounded, again with the flavours of the red fruits. Good aftertaste.

RECOMMENDED WITH:
JALOCO Rosé is the perfect accompaniment to all rice dishes. It will enhance the taste and flavours of seafood, either fresh, boiled or grilled.

Exceptional as an aperitif. Perfect for summertime. Very good with Oriental food.
Recommended serving temperature: 8º-10º
