Young White

GRAPE VARIETY:
70% Alarije – 30% Eva o Beba de los Santos.

ELABORATION
Upon receipt of the grapes, they are formed into a paste that retains the husks and stalks. The paste is then transferred to a desvinador where it is processed to separate out the grape juice. Once cleaned, the juice is fermented, under a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains in the tanks for approximately 3 months before it is ready for bottling.

TASTING
JALOCO White has a pale yellow colour with steeled shades. Clean and bright.

Good intense aromas of fresh herbs, hay and white flowers: jasmine, hyacinth, honeysuckle, as well as fruity aromas. Mild hints of citrus, that produce its fresh character.
It´s taste is smooth, silky, fresh and nervous, with again the aromas of the white flowers travelling through.

RECOMMENDED WITH:
JALOCO White is the perfect accompaniment to pasta and rice dishes, equally with all types of white fish and seafood ( fresh or grilled )..

An exceptional wine as an aperitive and summer drinking.

Recommended serving temperature: 6-8º
