ELABORATION:
Following the selection of our best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes picked from our local vineyard known locally as ¨El Corralón de la Vega¨, this exceptional wine is produced, using the traditional methods for red wines, where, once crushed and defoliaged, it is stored in stainless steel tanks together with the skins and fermention takes place in approximately 10 days.
Once fermented, the wine is left to macerate for 15 to 20 days and then stored for 6 months, followed by 12 months in 225 litre American oak barrels and a minimum of another 6 months in the bottle before it is ready for the marketplace.

TASTING:
JALOCO Tinto Crianza, is raspberry red in colour with violet tones. Clean and transparent.
On the nose it expresses intense aromas, primarily the red fruits associated with this grape variety, toast and a touch of coffee.

On the palate it tannic with a good body, moderate acidity. Strong and structured. Long aftertaste.

RECOMMENDED WITH:
JALOCO Tinto Crianza is the perfect accompaniment to pastas, rice dishes, light meats, as well as grilled fish and medium and strong flavoured cheeses.

Also excellent as an aperitif.
Recommended serving temperature: 16º
